U.S. Doughboy steel helmet with battle damage (bullet hole) w/original lining and strap. Handwritten diary on inside of lining ~ all the way around. This helmet belonged to a Family Member and was passed down.
(and if you are wondering ... he was not killed by the bullet that caused this hole :] )
